Our History
Starting with the cross-country bike ride in 2020. Noah wanted to find a way to stay involved with the types of kids he met on the road. He realized that there is a population of kids known as the forgotten ones. When you turn 18 and age out of foster care. You are, for the most part, on your own. Noah identified with this population most and started a nonprofit to see how he could help.
Our Mission
Discover your path wishes to empower at risk youth to find passion, motivation and drive for a better life. We believe that every kid is one caring adult away from becoming a success story. We believe that people navigate their lives around the things they see. We hope to shine a light on new and positive horizons for these young adults and see what happens when those seeds are planted.
